I'm Tom Wood and I started GFW Properties, LLC in February 2004.  My office is located in Ballwin, MO.  I started off as an investor, buying and fixing up properties for resale.

Today, I'm a licensed HUD Registered Broker, Real Estate Broker-Associate and Auctioneer in Missouri.  

On the selling side, I offer a real estate online auction service  in addition to traditional listings.

On the buying side, I specializing in finding buyers the best bank forclosures and HUD foreclosure deals in St. Louis West County.
