I founded GFW Properties, LLC in February 2004 and operate from my home office in Ballwin, Missouri.
The name GFW stands for God, Family, Work — a constant reminder of the values and priorities that guide both my personal life and my business.
I began my real estate career as an investor, purchasing properties to renovate and resell or hold as rentals. That hands-on experience gave me a practical understanding of property values, renovations, and market dynamics — insight I bring to every client relationship today.
I am currently a Missouri-licensed Real Estate Broker and HUD-registered broker
On the selling side, my listing commission is only 1.5%. I offer both traditional MLS listings and real estate online auction services, giving sellers flexible options to match their goals and timeline. As part of my service, my son Nathan, who is a professional photographer and licensed drone operator will make your home look amazing on the MLS.
On the buying side, I specialize in helping buyers craft strong, competitive offers on homes in St. Louis West County, with a focus on clear strategy and effective negotiation.
